About Us

Knott's Landing, a deed-restricted Milford Delaware community adjacent to Walmart, was built by Kentmere Builders between approximately 2002 and 2005.  This is an ad published in the Cape Gazette, February 6, 2004.

The community is self managed by an owner-elected board of directors.  Deed restrictions and bylaws are published on this website.
